Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Easy Seva Foundation platform or becoming a donor. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, creating a donor account, or making any payment to Easy Seva Foundation ("Foundation", "we", "us"), you ("Donor", "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and the Donor Rules & Bylaws. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be a legal resident of India with a valid government-issued ID.
- You must have a working mobile number and email address.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate and verifiable.
3. Nature of the Foundation
Easy Seva Foundation operates a community-based mutual welfare platform. Donors contribute monthly amounts that form a pooled welfare fund. Eligible donors may apply for financial assistance for specific life events (marriage, education, medical emergencies, bereavement, and preventive health checkups), subject to documentary verification and admin approval.
Contributions are not traditional donations, insurance premiums, chit fund subscriptions, or deposits. Contributions are not refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.
4. Donor Obligations
- Pay the monthly contribution of your chosen tier (₹50, ₹100, or ₹200) consistently.
- Provide truthful information and valid supporting documents when applying for assistance.
- Do not misuse referral codes or attempt fraudulent applications.
- Respect other community donors and the Foundation's staff.
5. Eligibility & Payouts
Eligibility for any benefit category is determined by the months of consistent payment, as defined per tier. The Foundation reserves the right to modify eligibility periods and payout amounts with prior notice to donors. All payouts are subject to admin verification and may be disbursed directly to hospitals, institutions, or vendors where applicable.
6. Referral Program
Donors earn 10% commission on direct (Level 1) referrals for as long as the referred donor remains active. Multi-level referral chains are not permitted. Commissions are subject to tax deductions as per Indian law.
7. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card details. For refund-related matters, please refer to our Refund Policy.
8. Suspension & Termination
The Foundation may suspend or terminate a donor account for:
- Providing false information or fraudulent documents
- Missing payments beyond the grace period (counter reset)
- Violation of community conduct
- Legal or regulatory reasons
9. Limitation of Liability
The Foundation's liability in any dispute is limited to the amount of contributions made by the donor in the preceding 12 months. The Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and WhatsApp with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Patna, Bihar.
